Responsibilities

• Operate the repairing all facility, machines and all Handling equipment’s for all departments , Preventive all machines and all Handling equipment for all department.
• Monitor, consult and control with Senior Technician for HTH jobs and installation the jobs according with drawings, requirement, and schedule.
• Maintain infrastructure utility facility machine are still working and good condition. – Contact some supplier incase use outsource support maintenance job. – Control daily check sheet for maintenance machines, equipment and tooling and maintenance 6S measures.
• Report to “Maintenance manager ” on a daily basis with regards activities, constraints and performance of Maintenance supervisor.
• Implement the Quality Procedure and Work Instructions into all subordinates. – Alternate Saturday.
• Work Location : Hafele Logistic Center Bangna KM 22 Samutprakarn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Maintenance or Project Management

Position : Logistics
–   Support warehouse process both inbound – outbound
–   Documents preparation for warehouse

Position : Distribution
–   Route planning for delivery staff
–   Prapare related document for delivery process

Position : Quality Assurance
–  Verifty product quality both inbound – outbound
–  Prepare inspection report

Responsibilities

• Check products follow the Invoice before loading.​
• Deliver timely to customer in professional and polite manner.​
• Maintain the car in good and clean condition.​
• ​​Follows the Delivery Work Instruction.​

• Have a driver’s license such as Private  Automobile, Truck & Bus (Class II), Truck & Bus (Class III)

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the overall management of Inbound/Outbound operations into the warehouse. Supervised and control product with efficiency.
• Manage of Warehouse & Logistics to achieve the target of Quality, Safety & Warehouse cost & NCR control & improvement.
• Maintain and improve mechanisms for running the warehouse and Inbound & Outbound process, including Maintain stock accurate and improve space efficiency of all warehouse area.
• Ensure all Warehouse and Logistics staffs follow company rule, regulations & policy. Develop KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance.

• Follow up and solve problem of all product discrepancies. Improve & Develop Inbound & Outbound Processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as industrial, warehouse field.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the overall management of returned items/goods into the warehouse.
• Supervised and control product recover efficiency.
• Analysis, Co-developing and Design new packaging for recovery product.
• Maintain and improve mechanisms for running the warehouse and returns process, including surveying and measuring the inventory of returns/stock control Handle spare part list project from scrap product.
• Improvement and reporting DC Inbound performance.
• Control all product in any positions and work activities that follow WI.
• Follow up and solve problem of all product discrepancies. Improve & Develop Inbound & Outbound Processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree with Industrials engineering, Logistics or related field.
• At least 2 years experience as industrial, warehouse field.
• Alternate Saturday.
• Location : Hafele Logistic Center Bangna KM 22 Samutprakarn.

Responsibilitis

• Handle project created related with operation efficiency.
• Participate and support all project to meet goals of cost reduction and process improvement.
• Develop technical support all warehouse operation.
• Handle & analysis warehouse KPI to achieve target.
• Analyze data and improve working process in warehouse.
• Project improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in Industrial engineering, Logistics and supply chain or related field.
• Good skill process improvement.
• Good command of English.
• Alternate Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Ensure route planning in TMS 100% and distribute the invoices to each drivers for delivery.
• Supervise distribution engineers and supports to work follow the instruction.
• Prepare a monthly report describing the issues and the results of the operations, ready to give solutions to meet the KPIs.
• Response for urgent order and same day delivery and standby the vehicle and drivers to support same day delivery.
• Monitoring and control the all of invoices must be accurate and complete before deliver to customers and return to company
• To manage, plan, organize, staff, transport sub-contractors.
• Provide all delivery personnel training and introduce them to proper job.
• Handle all assigned jobs by Delivery Manager and Upper Level.

Responsibilities

• Managing, monitor and controlling all delivery staffs to achieve KPIs and company goals. Receive invoices from admin warehouse; check and distribute to driver staff follow the line.
• Improve delivery operation & maintain master data according to SAP.
• Maintain and improve efficient, timely delivery & satisfaction to customers.
• Ensure all Delivery staffs follow company rule, regulations & policy. Develop KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance.
• Create/Revise/Maintain Work instructions of Delivery department and Attain/Maintain ISO Certificate
• Coordinate and Cooperate with WH and Packing Management level to make sure goods arrange from Warehouse arrange under good quality, complete quantity and on time. Distribution any information and communication to Subordinate.

Qualification 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in logistic or transportation.
• Route Delivery Knowledge.
• Vehicle Spare Part and Maintenance Knowledge.
• TMS, WMS, 3PL, B2C, Nationwide distribution, ownfleet knowledge.
