Regional Sales Manager


Responsibilities :

  • Provide quality leadership for Lateral’s internal and external customers in all assigns tasks
  • Achieves the Region’s revenue and profitability quotas for Lateral products
  • Directs the selling activities within the Region
  • Leads the territory sales team
  • Responsible for the region’s forecasting and sales tracking
  • Set the vision for the region to support company goal and develops
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information
  • Empowered to make decisions within the region
  • Develop and manage the team

Qualification :

  • Bachelor Degree or above in marketing or any related fields
  • Proven oral, Presentation Skills, Strong interpersonal Skill
  • Knowledge to market, customer expectation and brand
  • Proven leadership skill
  • Supervisory or management experience in a prior sales team
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
