Responsibilities :
- Provide quality leadership for Lateral’s internal and external customers in all assigns tasks
- Achieves the Region’s revenue and profitability quotas for Lateral products
- Directs the selling activities within the Region
- Leads the territory sales team
- Responsible for the region’s forecasting and sales tracking
- Set the vision for the region to support company goal and develops
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information
- Empowered to make decisions within the region
- Develop and manage the team
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree or above in marketing or any related fields
- Proven oral, Presentation Skills, Strong interpersonal Skill
- Knowledge to market, customer expectation and brand
- Proven leadership skill
- Supervisory or management experience in a prior sales team
- Fluency in spoken and written English
