- ผู้เข้าร่วมต้องแจ้งชื่อ-นามสกุลจริงและหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ถูกต้องซึ่งสามารถตรวจสอบและติดต่อได้ มิฉะนั้น สิทธิ์ทั้งหมดจะถูกยกเลิกและถือเป็นโมฆะ

- ผู้รับรางวัลจะได้รับการประกาศและติดต่อที่เว็บไซต์และ Facebook ของ Hafele (www.hafelethailand.com) หากผู้รับรางวัลไม่ติดต่อเพื่อขอรับของรางวัลภายใน 30 วันหลังจากได้รับแจ้ง เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกรางวัล
- บริษัทจะติดต่อผู้รับรางวัลตามหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ลงทะเบียนไว้กับใบสมัคร หากไม่สามารถติดต่อหมายเลขได้ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการถอนรางวัลจากผู้รับรางวัล
- ผู้รับรางวัลจะต้องนำเอกสารเพื่อรับรางวัลตามข้อกำหนดของบริษัท เป็นสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนหรือใบขับขี่หรือหนังสือเดินทาง กรณีเป็นชาวต่างชาติ กรุณานำสำเนาพร้อมเอกสารตัวจริงเพื่อเป็นหลักฐานในการรับรางวัล
- บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะผู้รับรางวัลเท่านั้นที่จะได้รับรางวัลด้วยตัวเองตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของบริษัท ในกรณีที่ผู้รับรางวัลไม่สามารถมาด้วยตนเองได้ โปรดนำหนังสือมอบอำนาจและหลักฐานเพื่อรับรางวัลตามข้อกำหนดของบริษัทภายใน 30 วัน มิฉะนั้น ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการถอนรางวัลจาก ผู้รับรางวัล
- เฮเฟเล่ไม่รับผิดชอบในการอ้างสิทธิ์มูลค่ารางวัล
- รางวัลเป็นสิทธิส่วนบุคคล ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน ไม่สามารถโอน และไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสดหรือรางวัลอื่นๆ ได้
- พนักงานของ Hafele และบริษัทในเครือ รวมถึงผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วม
- SÜHRING ไม่ใช่ผู้สนับสนุนและไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับสิทธิพิเศษในกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายนี้
- บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข และของรางวัลโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และเป็นไปตามดุลยพินิจของบริษัทแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
- ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลยินยอมให้บริษัทนำชื่อ สกุล และรายละเอียดอื่นใดของผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัล ทั้งภาพและเสียงออกเผยแพร่โฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์ และ/หรือนำไปใช้เพื่อการอื่นอันเพื่อประโยชน์สาหรับธุรกิจตามที่บริษัทเห็นสมควรโดยไม่ต้องขออนุญาตหรือจ่ายค่าตอบแทนใดๆแก่ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลหรือแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- Participants must provide correct and actual name-surname and telephone number which can be verified and contacted. Otherwise, all rights will be considered invalid and void.
- The rights to win are reserved only for Thai customers or foreigners residing in Thailand.
- For the campaign, 1 person is limited to receive 1 right/ 1 activity.
- The winners will be announced and contacted at Hafele websites and Facebook (www.hafelethailand.com). If the winner does not contact to claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
- The company will contact the winners at the telephone number registered with the application. If the number cannot be contacted, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
- The winners shall bring the document to receive the prizes according to the company's requirements. It is a copy of ID card, or driver's license, or passport. In case of foreigners, please bring a copy along with its original document as evidence for the prizes.
- The company reserves the right only for the winners to receive the prizes by themselves according to the company's terms and conditions. In case that the winner cannot personally come, please bring the power of attorney and evidence to receive the prize according to the company's requirements within 30 days. Otherwise, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
- Hafele accepts no responsibility in prize value claiming.
- The prizes are personal rights. They are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- Employees of the Hafele and its affiliates including all related parties are not eligible to participate.
- SÜHRING is not a sponsor and not involved in the privileges, promotional activities.
- The company reserves the right to modify the requirements, the terms and conditions, and the prizes without prior notice. All disputes will be resolved by the company at its sole discretion.
- The winners give consent to Hafele to use the name, surname and other details of winners including still image and video to be published and/or use for the benefit of business as the Hafele deems appropriate without asking for the permission or paying any compensation to winners or notify in advance.
